Terms of Service

1. Operator

These terms govern the use of transfer services provided by Tropic Wings Cairns Tours & Charters Pty Ltd ("Tropic Wings", "we", "us") via transfers.tropicwings.com.au.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please check all details and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, email info@tropicwings.com.au or call +61 7 4041 9400.

4. Flight delays

We monitor Cairns Airport (CNS) arrivals. If your flight is delayed, contact us as soon as possible and we will transfer you to the next available departure at no additional charge, subject to availability.

5. Luggage

Each passenger may bring one standard suitcase (max 23kg) and one carry-on bag. Oversized or additional items must be declared at booking. We reserve the right to decline carriage of items that cannot be safely carried.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer. We are not liable for loss of property left in vehicles, missed flights, or consequential losses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any passenger whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or endangers the safety of other passengers or our driver. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
